The accommodation sleeps 6 and comprises lounge/dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also an enclosed back yard with a utility room, which provides plenty of outside storage for bikes, golf clubs etc.

	Lounge The lounge/dining area is located on the ground floor.  TV, DVD and Hi-Fi are all provided. Kitchen The kitchen is well equipped with  electric cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge. Bathroom The bathroom is located on the ground floor and comprises wash basin, WC, bath and mixer shower.
Bedroom 1 A bright spacious family bedroom situated on the first floor, with a double bed, single bed and a child's bed.  Furnishings consist of a chest of drawers, hanging rail and a rocking chair The child's bed could be moved to Bedroom 2 on the ground floor, if required. There is also room for a travel cot,  but this is not provided.
Bedroom 2 A double bedroom situated on the ground floor, with a large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.  There is also room for a travel cot if required, but this is not provided.	Bedroom 3 A single occupant bedroom, situated on the first floor with a single bed and chest of drawers.
